Important Steps Prior to Attending a MSC Tryout Session

• Before attending the tryouts sessions, we ask you to complete the RG-6 Form.
• Simply click on the link to download the RG-6 Form
  
•  Print out the RG-6 Form
  
•  Fill out the Form in its entirity, if you have questions please leave this blank and our registrar can help to answer any questions.
  
• Bring the completed Forms to the Tryout session where it will be collected by the Parent Manager/Registrar
  
•  Please bring a 1" x 1" photo of your player as well as their birth certificate.
  
• Players are expected to attend each tryout session.
  
• It is highly suggested that you contact your current coach to advise them of your desire to attend an MSC tryout.
