MSC Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 Registration

We are kicking off our Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 Registration.  The registration costs include both seasons.  Open registration will be held on 2/28/12 from 6-8 pm at the Upper Allen Township Building.   If you are unable to drop off your registration at that time, you must mail your forms and check by 3/2/12.  

Please read the Registration Document and complete the Mechanicsburg Registration form, RG6 and bring them along with your payment on 2/28.  We look forward to seeing you there.
